The Guerrilla Feminist/Guerrilla Feminism went viral online shortly after I created it in 2011. To some degree, this is my newsletter iteration of that effort. I started this newsletter in 2020, but didn’t get “serious” about it until the end of 2021. Through my work on social media, I have been able to curate and catalog digital feminist activism as well as create online spaces for belonging. I have a unique perspective of looking at things. I have two masters degrees, but the lens I often use is that of a chronically online neurodivergent trauma survivor.
Mostly, I love writing and declared in first grade that I would either be a writer or a ballerina when I grew up (I was a ballerina for 13 years—not professionally, but I’ve always been a writer—professionally or not).
I’m biased, but I think this newsletter is interesting and has something for (most) everybody. Plus, I think we’ve all created a really sweet and lovely community here! I love hearing from all of you via email or in the chat. You all seem like people I would be friends with offline (and I think you would all be friends with each other, too!).
