To get a run down on 'Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus' with out having to read it, I highly recommend the If Books Could Kill podcast episode about it. It really helped me understand why so many Boomers have the particular gendered ideas they have.

And yeah, I recognize I am politically a woman and most of what is described as "womanhood" does not apply to me, much like the constraints of restrictive masculinity doesn't apply to most men, but damn if too many men don't try. That being said, I really wish there was any scientific study of estrogen and progesterone cycles.

I always resonate with your posts but the terms female and male are not gender specific rather to delineate anatomy and sexual organs.

In conversation, I think to refer to someone in a female body is scientifically correct if that is the context to the discussion. My point of reference is if it’s social it’s gender and it it’s medical/scientific it can also be sex ✌️
